January 2015 Yoga Challenge

#GOTMYM

Gear yourself for an Inspiring January Instragram Challenge #getonthematyoumother with your humble hosts- @ania_yoga, @emmylopesyoga and @donnanobleyoga

- will be an accessible challenge for all, with the purpose of uniting yogis (from around the world) to celebrate all things yoga, life and birth.

Everyone can join in - Yoga is for everybody and every body!!!

We have amazing prizes from @indieyogalife and @dharmabumsactive & @aloeeverybody to give away to 3 lucky yogis who participate every day. Follow all 3 yoga teachers (your hosts), and get ready for a month of yoga, community, friendship and awesome experiences to share with your #community.

The day's pose will be posted daily, with each teacher on rotation. We are starting 1st January from 3 different countries (Brazil, Poland and UK) and finishing on the 31st January in the UK

The rules to be eligible for the giveaways:

1. Follow all three hosts and our sponsors above.

2. Practice each day's pose to the best of your ability and post a pic using #getonthematyoumothers, and tag the 3 hosts and 3 sponsors, we do not want to miss your photo and for you to miss out on your chance to win a prize:-) (poses DO NOT have to be perfect..... we just want you to believe in yourself, have fun, and share and spread the spirit of yoga!)

3. Hashtagging old photos will not qualify. Have fun and be safe, and get your community of friends, family and fellow yogis involved:)

Extra love from us for regramming this #GOTMYM challenge photo, and for sharing your excitement.
